Support, subscriptions, account deletion, privacy requests, and rights information for HanziHeart.

HanziHeart is an app brand/trading name operated by Gladiolus Limited.
For HanziHeart account, app, subscription, or technical support, contact hanziheart-support@gladiolus.dev.

HanziHeart subscriptions are managed through the app store account used for purchase. Subscription price, renewal period, free-trial details, and cancellation information are shown before purchase in the app and by the relevant app store.
iOS: Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select HanziHeart, then manage or cancel the subscription. You can also use the App Store account screen to manage subscriptions.
Android: Open Google Play, tap your profile icon, choose Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select HanziHeart to manage or cancel.
Refunds: App store refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. HanziHeart support can investigate account, access, or restore-purchase issues, but app store billing and refund decisions are normally handled by the relevant app store.
If restore purchases does not behave as expected, include your HanziHeart account email, app version, device model, app store platform, and approximate purchase time when contacting support. Do not send payment card details.

You can ask us to delete or anonymise personal data associated with your HanziHeart account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and app-store transaction requirements.
If an in-app deletion option is available in your version of HanziHeart, you can use that option from the account or settings area. If you cannot access the app, cannot find the in-app option, or prefer to request deletion outside the app, email hanziheart-privacy@gladiolus.dev using the email address linked to your HanziHeart account where possible.
Please include the email address used for your HanziHeart account, the sign-in method you used, whether you want account deletion or only deletion of specific app data, and any support ticket reference if you previously contacted us.
Do not send payment card details, passwords, unnecessary identity documents, or unrelated private messages. We may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant HanziHeart account before deleting data.
We aim to delete or anonymise account-controlled data within 30 days of verifying a valid deletion request, unless we need more time or must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or app-store transaction reasons.
Imported screenshots are read on your device and are not uploaded, so there is no screenshot image for us to delete from our systems. App data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app or clear its data on your device.
Deleting a HanziHeart account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the app-store account used for purchase.
HanziHeart uses AI to read the text you submit and to produce the literal meaning, natural meaning, subtext, tone, and suggested reply. The text you choose to read is sent through our backend to an AI model provider (currently DeepSeek) to generate the result. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
